Cadz is a bold, genre-defying artist whose music and performances channel confidence, vulnerability, and liberation. Born in Pereira, Colombia, raised in Miami, and now based in New York City, he blends hip-hop, reggaeton, funk, and pop, performing in both English and Spanish to reflect his roots and his vision.
His journey began in high school, when a teacher discovered his natural ear for music. Combined with his obsession with Beyoncé’s I Am… World Tour, that spark lit a fire for the stage. From there, Cadz dove into performing — first through winterguard, competing in packed arenas, and later on concert stages across Miami, Kansas City, and NYC.
Influenced by Karol G, Bad Bunny, Doechii, and Beyoncé, his sound is a vibrant fusion of genres, built on themes of queer confidence, love, joy, and fearlessness. Whether singing in operatic falsetto or spitting razor-sharp bars, Cadz's voice and presence are unforgettable.
With performances at the Miami-Dade County Fair and ESTIA Creative Showcase, and thousands of streams across platforms, Cadz has already carved out a unique space in the music scene. He’s also a songwriter, contributing to the work of Grammy Award-winner Mireya Ramos.
A proud queer artist with a signature birthmark that’s become part of his identity, Cadz is known for transforming every live show into a full-blown experience — not just a performance, but a moment. He invites his audience to feel, move, and be seen.
His newest single, “Hace Calor,” is a combination of his Colombian reggaeton roots with the Miami club culture that has been a huge influence in his approach of expressing his emotions through music!
